Join The Session

 

The Host can able to join the session either directly from Samvaad pro login or through the email

Directly from Samvaad Pro

  • The host can join the session directly from Samvaad pro login, by clicking on Start a meeting in the Links column.
  • It navigates to another page with defined meeting name where a host starts the meeting
  • This will be available for only host, in his/her login
  • It will be enabled for future sessions
  • The page opens with the host name
  • When clicked on Start The Meeting, it navigates to main session

Joining through email

  • When the member creates a session, system generates three emails with the session schedule details and will be sent with host, participant and Webinar links to the person from whose Samvaad pro login the session has been created.
  • Host can able to start the meeting through the email by clicking on Here or with link as shown in the screen shot.
  • It navigates to Start The Meeting page.
  • The page opens with the host name
  • When clicked on Start The Meeting, it navigates to main session
Chrome Browser:
  • User could see the popup notification on the top left hand side corner when he/she entered in to the session
  • Please click on Allow button
  • Then User can able to listen and can able access the microphone when he/she wants to talk in the session
  • A user can able to allow microphone for particular website by clicking on Video camera symbol in the chrome browser field
  • User could see the given options in the dropdown
  • If the Radio button enable on Always block microphone access, please click on Continue allowing
  • Then refresh the browsing page
  • User can able to access the microphone during the session

Mozilla Firefox:

  • When user enters into the session through Mozilla Firefox he/she could see the option like Allow and Don’t allow
  • Please click on Allow

Microsoft Edge:

  • User could see the popup notification on the top left hand side corner when he/she entered in to the session
  • Please click on Allow button
  • Then User can able to listen and can able access the microphone when he/she wants to talk in the session.
  • A user can able to allow microphone for particular website by clicking on Microphone symbol in the Microsoft Edge field
  • User could see the given options in the dropdown
  • If the Radio button enable on Always block microphone access, please click on Continue allowing
  • Then refresh the browsing page
  • User can able to access the microphone during the session

Safari:

  • User could see the popup notification on the screen when he/she entered in to the session
  • Please click on Allow button
  • Then User can able to listen and can able access the microphone when he/she wants to talk in the session
  • When The moderator joins the session after allowing the microphone the below screen appears
